MIRRORED is a talent agency that connects people with opportunities in advertising and fiction. We’re not a school and we don’t charge upfront. Our job is to represent you, manage castings and make sure you work under fair conditions so you can grow in the audiovisual industry.

We’re not looking for perfect profiles or social media followers. What we value is authenticity and commitment.
You don’t need to be perfect, you just need to be yourself. If you have experience, great. If not, that’s totally fine too. What we care about is attitude, authenticity, commitment, and the drive to be part of advertising or fiction projects.

Natural, recent and no nonsense. Natural light, neutral background, no filters. No retouching, no forced poses, just the real you.
If you have a professional book, great. If not, simple but well-taken photos are fine too. What matters is that we see you clearly, as you are.
Yes, you need to be over 18. After that, there’s no limit. If you’ve got attitude, authenticity and the spark to be part of audiovisual projects, we want to meet you. Whether you’re 20, 40 or 80.
Serious agencies only earn when you work. At MIRRORED, we charge a 20% commission on the projects we book for you. You should never pay to join or to access castings.
⚠ Watch out for fake agencies
If they ask for money to access castings, promise instant success or make unrealistic claims -that’s a red flag.
